Not only do we serve documents locally……we also serve documents NATIONWIDE! If you need service outside of our territory, we will forward it to one of our carefully screened and interviewed servers in any part of the country. We are VERY selective on who we choose to serve your documents.
Once documents are received in our office (via regular mail, scanning/e-mail, fax or overnight service), they are processed and sent out the same day (via regular mail, scanning/e-mail, fax or overnight service). Our forwarding department will remain in close contact with the server until the return of service is back in our hands. Once word is received in our office of completed service or otherwise, you will be notified immediately! When the original proof of service is received in our office, your job is closed out and you will be notified by phone or via our e-mail status notification system. This notification will provide you with the service time, date and the name of the person served. Check the status of your documents 24/7 free of charge on our website with your special password.
Our licensed and insured in-house Private Investigator has operated a successful private detective agency since 1998. Prior to being a private detective, he was a police officer for 15 years. Our investigator is truly “in-house” which saves you “middle man” charges that our competitors are charging!!!
